Can only speak for the ecommerce department. I love it here, but I also understand why some people wouldn't, which is okay - quite a few people have been here for a very long time, which has to speak to something about the environment. As a company we run pretty lean, so it can be a lot of work, but the work is meaningful and there's a lot of freedom and room for upward mobility/ development. Good pay + year end bonuses, and Fridays are half days all year (not just summers).

No ability to work from home.

- No work on Jewish holidays - half day on Fridays - Good experience for entry levels - Decent salary

- toxic work environment. I met a very toxic team with crazy seniors. Other teams looked peaceful and fine. I started getting a health issue because of the stress that I couldn’t handle.
