33Across has a great company culture: super relaxed and collaborative environment, coupled with a strong collective drive to see the company succeed. It's distinguished from it's competitors by above-board transparency at all levels. I've never worked at place where the information available to Leadership is so readily available to all the employees. Flexible remote work is also great. 33Across is filled with smart supportive people looking out for one another.

No major cons that I have seen so far

33across has been in the ad tech business for a long time. They employee good and empathetic people.

Lots of older products, some of which are only partially supported, can make focusing on the right things for the company difficult at times.
