Good benefits. Comp for client service teams is competitive. WLB compared to other financial services orgs is decent, 3/2 hybrid schedule. Mgmt in NYC office is very reasonable. Everyone is friendly and approachable, lots of opportunities for cross-dept collaboration. Company prefers to hire internally.

Organization is centered around Frankfurt HQ and it is very apparent. Mgmt in NY office reiterates that they want to support employee career growth, and it seems like they do. But outside of Frankfurt, moving into the dept you want can be difficult and there aren't always openings to do so, which makes career growth feel more limited. Onboarding process can be chaotic.
