      The people you work with are friendly and some feel as though they're family.

      The company will work you as much as they can with no incentives and think since they've been in your shoes then you should try to work your way up which is no point when there is no incentives involved, especially when the pay don't ever go up.

      The people you work with in the field are amazing you can make some real friends. You can learn a lot working at the different civic spaces

      If you are front end staff it is near impossible to move up. it almost feels like you can't get ahead. It's very clique based. You will be replaced for someone with an inside edge
