      Upper management effectiveness seems to be a challenge. There’s limited understanding of the technology, and decisions are often made without enough input or feedback. There are too many titles and layers, which seems to be hiding some of the underlying issues.

      Great community, engaging and wide ranging work, access to any work you might be interested in, good pay and opportunities, management is very easy to get along with and leads by example.

      Work is somewhat repetitive and focused on materials development mostly. Also was there during a lay off wave.
