Everybody is unhappy. Everything is slow and old fashion, takes days to get approvals and everything has to be printed and filed. papers all over the place it's annoying especially as nowadays it is easy to store on share drives. Company keeps making profits but they are not looking after their employees. No benefits at all and they expect you to make crazy hours. Management doesn't care about employees
