Is the kind of company where you are not going to be compensated for the work you do and the only way to get a decent pay rise is telling them you are going to resign. Most of their senior leadership have not heard about management skills, they only focus on the technical part of their job and they don´t care ANYTHING about their employees. Most of the work you will be given at the beginning of your job is going to be extremely unchallenging because they don´t care about motivating people. Sadly, the most skilled engineers leave the company, and soon you will find out that there´s plenty of mediocre engineers among some really good ones that have remained there since the company´s big days.
