We strongly disagree with is claims above and our side is this: a) Mr Onder contracted us for a taxi app , which we finished over 2 years back b) Client then wanted support from us at a steep discount which we as a company refused to work on c) Client threatened to write about us and sue is etc and that forced us to sign a very low value support contract with him d) Client also forced us to host the app for him which we also did e) During the start of the pandemic , we refused to continue working with the client to which he again started threatening us and literally started abusing us and the entire team f) By then the client owed us 1000' s of $'s in support fee and hosting fee which he did not pay us till date. g) We have screenshots of all the conversations and abuses he has hurled at the team and the founders as proof to anyone who chooses to believe this review. h) Over all the customer has not only posted here but has also posted on google the same review. Also it seems that someone has given them a lot of incentive to do so because they are taking a lot of time planting the same reviews from their respective id’s on multiple platforms. I guess they are getting paid for doing so or they seem to be having a lot of time on hand. To give your our side of the story we are posting a detailed account here as it seems that Thomas and his team have gone out of the way to malign us. Thomas and we met in Paris before we started business , we started business after he got several demos on the product and we answered all his queries. We met Thomas in the month of April and we started work together only in July 2017. This started of as a fixed price project which was indeed decided at $16k as he has correctly pointed out and we agreed on a scope that was on a legal contract that both of us signed.During the project execution we went out of the way to do the changes ( Which were not paid for ) as we were running behind the decided schedule. Eventually Thomas and his team almost got a custom product out ( which was not in scope but which we did anyway as we were 60 days behind schedule ). Thomas has today a live website and apps and has completed orders. He has been live for over 8 months and in that time he has even visited our office in Bangalore as he has mentioned where we took very good care of him ( got him wine and dine throughout his stay ). We discussed a lot of business and he even wanted to represent out business back in Switzerland. Once he got back we got him live. Now this is where things got messy. Thomas continued to ask us to support him but we clearly told him this was not part of our scope and we had already gone above and beyond the call of duty with this project. Thomas continued insisting we support him free of cost. We had in the meanwhile created a new food delivery product as we were pulling support out of the old one which he had bought and we offered him to update to the new one which he along with his partner and wife Kuma refused to get. Eventually we stopped talking after we gave him all the code etc that he paid for. He did try to get in touch with us for FREE SUPPORT now and then but since we had nothing to do with him or his wife or his app any more we did not really communicate back as we were not in a position to support him for free. He eventually gave us a video testimonial which is very positive and which we did not force him to give , which he gave over 14 months back which now after a year he asked us to review but we apparently forgot to do so which apparently cheesed him off big time and got him to write this review it seems ( as he claims on his whatsapp chat which I have as proof ). Today its been over 12 months of his app going live on the app stores and website so this clearly seems like he is trying to malign us since he is not able to run his business and is pretty frustrated. He talks about a CTO , and we are only glad to sit with his CTO and discuss what his issue is with the code. We have clients using the same code and doing hundreds of orders and clearly we are in a better position than his so-called CTO to talk about code. Even after this review we offered Thomas to update his app to the new product that we have and this because we respect entereprenurs and startups and want to really help kick-start several. In return Thomas went on to write more reviews about us with his wife doing the same. Clearly he has a mission which is not to run his business but spend time maligning us. Like he says he has proof , we have proof as well with us that will clearly state he has approved app go live and is happy and doing business on the same app that he is accusing us of failing to deliver etc. Please feel free to contact out support and we have prepared a detailed report of our interaction with him which at every single point has been. It was really bad from the beginning to the end. The bosses here expect too much from us, like we're experts. They give us lots of hard work but don't help us at all. The workplace is not good. They put too much pressure on us and ask for more work all the time. They don't care about our money problems. When I had problems with money for travel and because of theft, they didn't help me at all. I say to anyone thinking about this company: Don't go there. They want us to work a lot but pay very little. I'm sad I wasted my time and money here. In short, my time here was terrible. Don't go if you want to stay happy and have a good job.
