Great work culture and well-reputed clients.

No concerns about the company.

Over the last years, the company has made improvements to their Work/Life Balance initiatives including working for home (if your position allows it) and having a flexible schedule. They have also increased paternity time/partner time off for new babies or adoption, etc.

Work-life balance needs improvement (however) they are aware of this and they ARE actively working to improve this by adding benefits such as flex schedules and some work from home options dependent upon the position/role or team. I wish there were a better legal support benefit in place. We have one, but I feel like it's very vague or one dimensional.
