The people at 3M are awesome and are willing to help in any capacity possible. Also, the pay is above average. 3M loves to promote from within as a lot of their employees are lifers.

The O2 program is controlled by the managers and interns have no say whatsoever as to where they will be placed. If you are OK with living in Aberdeen, SD for a year with nothing to do outside of work, then this is the program for you.

Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
