      Managers tend to rise up the ranks moving from place to place... doesn't mean they're a good manager. They then tend to spend time trying to move up, instead of focusing on the job at hand.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
