Trainwreck coming - Recensione dipendente - Analyst presso 3M

Company has hired another GE exec as CFO. Moving jobs out of the country and destroying 3M’s long lived culture of hire to retire. Furthermore targeting older 3M’ers that still have a pension option (didn’t they have a lawsuit on this one time?) Seems the failed GE playbook is at full force in 3M now. Exec’s and employees leaving at a rapid rate. The CEO needs to be replaced ASAP as he is only proving to sink the ship by relying on a CFO from another failed company. There is no loyalty or trust with senior management anymore.
