      Lot of Top down approach. No one wants to hear ground reality. HR dept is least involved even in hiring or when you are leaving the organization.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
