Great experience joining a high growth company in it's very early stages. Was able to participate in many strategic conversations at a very dynamic time in the economy and the company. Got to do some amazing work with high caliber colleagues.

Too much focus on investor value versus ability to execute. Never felt like we had clear visibility as to what the company was growing so quickly to become. Many changing/ overlapping roles and responsibilities that netted hollow titles with no accountability.
