5yThanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience at 3Q. We take employee experience very seriously as well as confidentiality, which is why we do not share details with others as to why an individual is no longer with 3Q. It's not our place to do so. We are also very much focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion and know there is work to be done in all of our geos to reach our goal of having a team that is reflective of the larger US population. We recently published our diversity stats as of June and we are 72% white and 44% male. (We do not yet have data on sexual orientation or gender identity but we are in the process of gathering that so we can ensure our benefits and policies are inclusive.)
