Management encourages and rewards performance and contributions and discourage politics. Owner is a very smart, very successful, down to earth and hands on person. Good infrastructure and research environment.

Its a lean environment, so there are sometimes too many priorities and not enough resources.

I've been working at 3Red for over one year and it's been a great experience. The firm fosters collaboration and engagement across teams which is something that is rarely practiced in the industry. Joining a company remotely was something I was nervous about, but I am proud to work for a firm where leadership focuses time on making sure everyone feels included and continuing to learn and grow within the business.

All firms struggle with communication, so while I do not believe the firm under communicates, the leadership team can always enhance the flow of communication to employees.
