I’ve worked here for a while and always have been treated with respect, received good pay, and wonderful benefits. The company went through a growing phase and hired a lot of employees that lied about their qualifications and ended up getting the job. I can tell by the writing style of the bad reviews and the bad reviews are from these employees. The “revolving door” was cleaning out people who had no business being in the AV industry. They knew absolutely nothing about it and tried to skate by and collect a paycheck. Like any job; you will have to actually work and be good at your job to remain employed. The staff now is very knowledgeable and understanding.
