I would not recommend this company for long-term career growth or employee well-being."

1. On time salary payment. Never once was delayed.

A dead end job. They do not know how to treat people. They think that the more time you work the more productive you are. They monitor your in and out times very keenly. They do not give hikes at all and even if they did that would be very less.
