No good reasons to join, even if you join, your life is smash by your self only.

No salaries from last one year, if employee wants to leave the company also, company will not allow because of so many worest policies like bond and certificates with us, If bond period also completes, they are not allowing the relieve because KT, no body is there to take KT from employee, Management said, you have to be with company till new employee will join then you have to give KT to him then you can leave.

Don't even expect to have some

1. No Vision/ No Idea to Management what employees should work on. 2. They treat employees as labors/ slaves with out any respect towards them 3. No hike in bond period, even if you get any hike they wont check what you have done in last year or 2. they just have a scale (eg: who ever has salary before 15k will be made 15k and rest it will be 10%). So better enjoy with everyone else. 4. If you are in Management sure you will get minimum of 1.25 L for Month with out any work or just to chit chat with MD / CEO. 5 .They don't even care about client and the work that to be done for them.
