I worked at 4IT about a year or two after the company launched so its been about 8 years since working there. It was a small company back then so you worked directly with everyone - from the owners, engineers, and customers. There were immense learning opportunities and the company quickly grew in a short period of time - its still growing and was ranked in the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in the South Florida Business Journal. The owners are VERY HARDWORKING and this is something they expect and try to instill in their company values. So if you are a worker that does the minimum required, this is not the company for you and will not be tolerated.
They have always had a vision and passion for growth since day one. The growth vision does not just stop at the owner's wealth either, their growth vision has always been centered around what they can add to the company to enhance its value, particularly its employees. I worked there for about 2 years, maybe less and still know people who work there and they are doing well.
I have also worked for private and public and large and small companies and this hands down was the best small company I have worked for especially in terms of the leadership, environment, and teamwork. I look back and have nothing but good memories working here, funny co-workers, Holiday parties at the owners houses, dinners for people working late, and a very strong spirit of collaboration.
