Have to drive personal car for work, and I’ve put 15K miles on my car just this year. Stipend is good, but ultimately won’t cover larger items down the road when the car starts dying more quickly. While my office is really good, I do not like the CEO. He talks down about everyone. They do yearly awards, and he calls the winners “lead dogs,” and says everyone else “just didn’t do good enough to be at the top.” This language persists in company wide emails and other meetings.
