Many individuals in leadership positions are poorly qualified, yet behave as if they are infallible, offering unsolicited feedback and asserting authority over every detail. • The CEO’s decisions significantly hinder daily operations. Tasks are unnecessarily delayed due to an obsession with “perfection,” which is particularly counterproductive given that the applications being developed are outdated. • Regardless of your level of expertise, you are treated as a beginner. You are constantly required to justify and re-prove your competence to anyone and everyone.
