Management runs around not knowing what's going on.. always looking to blame someone else but themselves... they think your slaves to work for them... 10 to 12 hours a day eveeyday is nice but for people with families or a life... it doesn't always work. Worst part is pulling other team mates weight such as them talking time to do their own run and you having to go help them.
