Mental health support is extremely poor - Recensione dipendente - HR Assistant presso 4most

My experience overall was negative, I spent a long time doing the workload of more than one person which led to the poorest work-life balance I have experienced and mental health issues I am still dealing with today. When a second person was eventually hired I received no credit or recognition for doing the extra work. I ended up taking some time away from work after a meeting with my line managers (neither of whom had experience or training in managing people and we're extremely poor at it) left me in tears and panic. I was then let go after being told, explicitly, they "didn't think I could cope".
