Not much at all tbh

Terrible management. Management don't value hard workers they value the lazy workers that don't even show up to work. Those who show up and are productive end up dealing with the work load and getting burned out. Everyone gets the same bonus regardless of individual performance. Leadership and management are biased and have favouritism to lazy workers, because they know they won't get a job anywhere else, and they can't be bothered to train new staff. You have to work Saturdays too.

I left and i will never step inside those buildings again

Horrible culture, horrible management, extremely bad for your mental health
