I worked for 50 Floor for a little over a year and in my time there I noticed there is a lot of work that needs to be done and I believe that should start from the top including but not limited to HR and Managers. I worked for the Atlanta branch so first hand I witnessed the company’s policies put forth were outdated and lacked detail. HR lacked the communication skills needed to boost morale and HR comes off as very dismissive, passive-aggressive, and an ineffective communicator. Most of the management there were either out of the office, too busy to help, and lack accountability. Overall my time at 50 Floor was not all negative but the moral is low as well as culture, pay, and benefits.
