Friendly environment and nice people

low salary and poor management

The location is close to the city

All the staffs in the office are managers and most of them are obviously not qualified. Poor management, not to mention one of the high level manager is very handsy! The company culture is awful, those who don't actually know what they are doing get appraise; the ones who are hard workers get blamed all the time.
