- During 2021-23 teams were nice, good tech team, good learning. - Good people and culture, but after a point it became very bad

- Some top level politics lead to whole company getting destroyed. - Greed amongst some founder - Want work to be done before deadlines, but can't give salaries on time. - No basic sense of running business, can't decide their guard model, can't decide B2C/B2B, and are not expert in any of those. - Don't know how to talk to employees, seems like founders are introvert to talk to their people.

- Good office space - Most of the team are really good to work with

- Management shows favoritism - No discussion regarding best practices when coding. - It feels more top-down rather than collaborative. The team lead tells you how to do and what to do, and you are expected to just that without scope for discussing the best methods to tackle the problem
