unprofessional management, if you don't try hard to please your boss, then your performance will be evaluated as bad. When they think that you are looking for new opportunities, they will extend your notice period. Yet, when they don't need you anymore, they will ask you to sign resign application immediately and gone by the end of the week. (a good thing is that they do keep you EP status during notice period while you need to take no salary leave). They issued me a warning letter because I contacted with people from wuhan on 18th Jan 2020 and did not report, but they don't have any policy saying that such activity should be reported. When they asked me to resign, one of the reason is that when hr asked me to take my temperature, I refused to cooperate. why I would refuse to take temperature?
