This was by far the most toxic company I’ve ever worked for, and I’m still dealing with the impact of how I was treated here. In my experience, leadership was catty, directionless, and openly played favorites. Employees were constantly expected to do more with less. Hours were long, compensation was low for the industry, and there was an unspoken expectation to accept it without question. Promotions were rare unless you were favored, and the same people advanced repeatedly while other strong performers were overlooked. Compensation overall was extremely low relative to the workload and expectations. The product itself was frequently broken, quality was inconsistent, and customers were often unhappy. This created constant pressure and stress for employees who were expected to manage issues outside of their control. Over the past couple of years, there was also significant turnover, including many experienced and long-tenured employees. Watching strong talent leave made it clear that these issues were not isolated or individual experiences. The culture was highly competitive and anxiety-driven. It was difficult to know who to trust, and burnout was common. Many people were visibly overwhelmed, and emotional distress behind the scenes was normalized. I’ve seen this company described as a “meat grinder” in other reviews, which accurately reflects my experience. If you value your mental health, proceed with caution before accepting a role here.
