Work life balance can be tricky

Many nice, brilliant people. Good clients. Good name to have on your resume. Nice office. Good parties.

Overall, leadership treats creatives as their own personal production team, not as people with valuable ideas or independent thoughts. Fighting for ideas is not only not encouraged, it's not welcome. Leadership doesn't even bother to learn creative's names if they're under CD level. No opportunity for client interaction or opportunities to present work. When you do present to leadership, they're usually on their phones. They just want you to make their ideas, are not open to debate or creative differences. Terrible work life balance. If you're not a CD, this place will not give you the experience you need to grow in your career.
