As with any company, there are ups and downs, trials and tribulations, which staff will go the extra mile to ride out if there are key management & company values that people can identify with and buy into. It is a great shame that the company now exists seemingly without any purpose whatsoever which makes for a very uncomfortable and potentially unsustainable future. Great efforts had been made by the CEO through 2018 to not only tune the business, but to give it passion, vision and a sense of excellence, and Seven was moments away from a complete and successful rebirth, however this was fatally quashed by the parent company. Any subsequent glimmers of improvement are killed quickly, it is a soul destroying existence. Seven has become a Lord of the Flies environment, without a plan, the only survivors are "boys in their middle childhood or preadolescence who pretend to blow hard into the conch but it makes no sound" If you are looking to join Seven, take great care to understand why 'you' are being interviewed? if there is any integrity through the recruitment process? What is it exactly that they want from 'you' and will they allow you to use your skill and experience? We see too many people leave within a few months because they are aghast at what they see and how badly they are treated once they join, often leaving better jobs behind them
