Vantaggi
- Flexibility in working hours
Svantaggi
- Poor salary for level of work expected - 3rd hand laptops - Employees are passive aggressive and bullying - Harassment Joined 80 Days promised the absolute world about company culture and the team. After 4 weeks none of this was true. One of the most horrific places to work. The “culture” is not worth the paper it’s written on. Very high staff turnover due to unrealistic deadlines set by some account managers who are incompetent with managing clients expectations. Within the digital team there are selected individuals who lead a private group who go out of their way to make people feel awful on a daily basis being passive aggressive/bullying anyone who has a question is made to feel stupid. Unless you go to private school you are not included in the clique within the team. When I joined there was a mass exodus of people, quickly realised why - overworked, stressed, bullied and undervalued. Witnessed daily how selected members of the team pass on all their work to junior team members who are not supported in the slightest or trained. Everyone is stressed apart from selected team members who get away with their behaviour. People are having panic attacks daily with the stress and crying in toilets. When complaints are made they are swept under the carpet and the person who brings it up is gaslighted and the individuals who cause these problems are promoted. Avoid! At all costs there are much better places to work where you will be treated with respect.

Honestly, the people at 80DAYS are one of the best things about working here. Everyone’s super friendly, supportive, and just really easy to get along with. There’s a real sense of team spirit and you never feel like you’re on your own. They genuinely care about helping you grow, with loads of chances to develop your skills and try new things. You can tell they really want to see people succeed. The weekly catch-ups and regular company updates keep everyone in the loop and help you feel part of something.
Svantaggi
Things can get quite busy at times, especially when juggling client work, so it might not be the best fit for someone looking for a very relaxed pace. You do need to care about what you do and be ready to give it your best. If you ever find things challenging, being open and honest really helps as there is always someone ready to support you. You are never left to figure things out on your own.

If you're looking to gain basic experience, this could be the place for you.
Svantaggi
The management is outdated, resistant to change, and the culture is toxic and gossip-heavy. There's little support, and concerns are often dismissed or downplayed. P.S. After every honest, negative review — which often mirrors my own experience — a glowing 5-star review from a “current employee” seems to appear shortly after. It’s suspicious, to say the least. In my time there, no one ever mentioned leaving positive reviews while still employed. Please stop trying to cover up the real issues — it’s not fooling anyone.
