We are surprised to read that you have found it difficult to grow professionally, as one thing we are very proud of in this company are our internal movements, promotions and career progression - of which we have had many over the years. Your Line Manager and the HR Team would always have been pleased to give you some guidance on this matter. Further to this, we always keep our salary ranges in line with market rates, and continually benchmark these across the industry, and this is also something you could have raised in confidence with your Line Manager and/or the HR Team.
