The current CFO exhibits favoritism towards certain individuals while being unreasonably rude to most others. His management style is completely outdated, and he is unwilling to listen to or understand the circumstances unless you hold a key position. He judges you and says seriously disrespectful things in Chinese. The most frustrating aspect is the lack of an effective way to report some of his behaviors, as he also oversees HR.
