• No career advancement. • Pay was super low for the work load. • The work culture was toxic at best, old school thinking. Owners never appreciated or realized people's/a department's value. • Overworked the employees and rarely gave raises + never compensated employee's properly for the work they did/given. • Everyone had to do 3 people's worth of work.
