Vantaggi
There are a lot of decent people working in this organization. I think a lot of the people here truly care about the mission.
Svantaggi
The vast majority of my experience with 365 Health was a complete and utter nightmare. From the beginning, the circumstances of my hiring should have warded me off from this organization. The salary range dropped by $6,000 when I was offered the position, a clear violation of recently passed Colorado law. Throughout my employment, I was treated awfully by my direct superiors. I tried to address the hiring issue and others with my supervisor. She took down notes and never did any follow-up. I was never given the opportunity to talk to an HR rep, let along even knew who they were or how to contact them. When I finally spoke out to other staff members about the lack of accountability, I was told to join an HR meeting to discuss my concerns. In that my meeting, my concerns were never discussed. I was told that I would be let go effective immediately. I was never given any reason other than "burned bridges" which I can only assume to mean that it was easier to fire a relatively new person than hold longer-standing employees accountable for bad behavior. Honestly, I could go on for pages about the humiliation I endured in the In-Person Services Department of 365 Health. It was a completely dehumanizing experience with people who throw around the word equity without having any idea what it means, especially to underserved communities. I'm hoping for some kind of decent resolution to all of this, but it seems doubtful at this point. I've filed a DORA complaint and will take whatever steps are necessary to hold these folks accountable. Beware if you are offered a position here! You should not expect to be treated with decency, respect, or adherence to labor laws. The company is shifting from Health Fairs to the TeleHealth App, so if you join to help with the Fairs your job will probably not exist in a few years.
