9Rooftops was my total favourite agency and workplace. My colleagues were excellent, hugely talented, great humans, full of empathy and grace with a ‘let’s do this team’ attitude. Remote working was supported and everyone was kind and supportive from day one.

There have been a lot of changes recently, which have been tough and which have seen management changes and loss of team members.

When the agency was doing well, it was a great place to work. The teams were collaborative, leadership was supportive, and personal development was always a consideration.

New business is hard to come by and so layoffs are very prevalent. Layoff choices are confusing and short-sighted, leaving mid-level top performers left to do triple the work without a single promotion or raise in sight.
