Vantaggi
people centric, great culture, work life balance
Svantaggi
nothing comes to mind at all
Vantaggi
- Everyone (and I mean everyone) is kind, hardworking, fun, passionate, smart, collaborative, and driven. People make time to help anyone at any time and truly care about each other. - The Founders are two of the smartest people I've ever met and two of the most humble. They have a clear vision and have not wavered from that vision since inception. They're devoted to maintaining a strong workplace culture; even when they do receive negative feedback, they face all employees with clear communications/strategy on how they plan to turn around any negative sentiments. - The tech is truly amazing, built by clients for clients. - Lots of opportunity to grow in your career! If you love being in control of your career, carving out a path that best suits your skills, and not having to conform to predetermined KPIs/metrics, this is the place for you. - Fantastic benefits (some of the best I've ever seen; 25 PTO days, holiday exchange program, referral benefits, flexible in-office policy)
Svantaggi
- There can be a lot of moving pieces with any growing business. Sometimes there is a bit of delayed communication across teams however it's miles better than anything I've experienced in the past. - While there's lots of opportunity to grow, there is an element of having to carve your path yourself. If you don't like being in control of your career and prefer to have very specific steps/KPIs that you have to hit in order to progress, this may not be the place for you.
Vantaggi
Comprehensive benefits package in the US and mostly friendly office environment
Svantaggi
Management is obsessed with rapid growth and is straying from the values that make this company a long-term winner. They expect unrealistic goals from staff while constantly changing strategies or not providing the tools they need to hit those goals, a problem across every team. It leaves individuals anxious that they will be fired for not being a superstar while strong contributors who remember the vibe before 2025 are looking to the exits. The amount of churn from both firings and voluntary departures puts people on edge. They can't perform as well when they feel they're one bad quarter or one dropped client away from the boot. The last few reviews on here are from managers saying the company has a good culture but the majority of non-managers (including me) would disagree. A culture of fear and pressure overtook optimism last year. Execs say they want open and honest candor but are dismissive of anything that doesn't resemble rocket ship emojis.
