-Salary on time -Medical Insurance -no discrimination (unless we are talking about the pay range)

Svantaggi

-No career growth -Very basic salary which is 1000 USD -Medical insurance is being paid by the company and the employee (you pay a partition of the medical insurance every month) -No planning, they open a department/team and they shut it down/let go of the team members after 2 months maximum -Senior management doesn't really listen and take suggestions/feedback. Also, they fail to understand what you are talking about. They have a little understanding of business. -I have seen many people that they left their jobs to join then @hotel decides to let them go after two months, some were let go after 5 months (i guess i was lucky that i stayed for a year and 5 months then they let me go along with everyone else) -I was denied taking any of my annual leave in March due to business needs then they let me go on September. -I haven't received my commission for the last 3 months
