The environment of care for the clients is made better by the way employees care for one another. The administration is not top-heavy and they are responsive to needs of frontline employees.

Some facilities are old and in need of space for employees to have breaks

Everyday you have support staff , I'm talking RN /LPN Supervisors, wound care nurse, restorative staff, admission nurse. DON and ADON are always available during the weekday. Housekeeping and laundry care partners are amazing. Maintenance always completes my work orders in a timely manner. Our scheduler is very personable and will work with you. The adminastrator and social services are alway available and very nice and supportive. Supplies are always stocked. The support really is top notch. I was quite shocked as a new hire to see so many moving parts all working together under one roof. As a nurse I get to give 100% to my residents and have support from other care partners when I need them. I plan on retiring here!

For the most part 90% of the staff are friendly with good attitudes. You have a couple of nurses and cna's that have horrible attitudes. Lateness, bad attitudes and insubordination are unfortunately common with them. They are know for their bad attitudes. It's really sad to see.
