Learned a lot and still in process to gain more. Performance is rewarded. Good Appraisals. Best Team Mates. Very Genuine staff/Co workers/Management. Playing a very Important Role in all aspects of Growth as a whole.

Those people who left company on bad note because of XYZ reason doesn’t mean that the company isn’t worth it; it is just a bad experience of a Particular individual not an opinion as a whole. To anyone reading the bad reviews, keep in mind the people that leave these were probably left for not hitting their numbers/Non Performer/ in disciplined (From Long). We are here to work and serve the Organization and our Customers, so the company expects some dedication like we expect from company, but if the conditions are not according to our will, it is okay to look for another opportunity but should not talk trash. To the people not happy with the review responses, what do you expect the people who left company on bad notes to say? Things are definitely not perfect anywhere but don't throw rocks. I had good months and a very few bad one at A. Paul and I can say that Company do not lie about in the hiring process. We are rewarded when we perform and we aren't if we don't. If you can't be honest with yourself on your own performance then it’s not company’s fault.
