Newish trucks. If you get interview its a guaranteed job as they are really desperate for staff.

Beware... they offer overtime & bonus etc....promise you after probationary rate your wages will go up.....IT WON'T.... They will deduct any mishaps, damages , bumps, mirrors,lenses, no plates etc....no ifs or buts..... (£250 insurance excess they say...even if it doesn't go through insurance).... They always look at trying to find something, so not pay your bonus..... bullying is clearly evident at ARRichards... Someone handed in their notice the other day and one of the managers went for him in a violent manner, ( had to be restrained by two other members of management). Not a nice place... Avoid ....

Trucks are ok and newish

Everything! From broken promises about pay raises, to any excuse to stop your bonus or even deduct money out of your wages which would mean you’d earn less than the minimum wage!! Drives are “a nuisance “ according to some managers. You’re not allowed in the offices, you stand outside whatever the weather and they are just sitting at the desks. Can’t understand their mentality about staff, don’t they realise what is happening!!! Mental health of some drivers have been affected, but no help from what I saw, in fact they force you out!
