Sick leaves are not allowed until completing three years of service. Even if you’re sick, you must come to work, or your salary will be deducted. There’s no consideration for health or flexibility — as long as you show up, that’s all that matters. There’s no concept of permission for late arrival or early leave; any delay results in a half-day deduction. The company focuses heavily on cost-cutting at the expense of employees, with no real appreciation or motivation.
