The company provides opportunities for people to work in areas that interest them the most with a fair amount of autonomy. The company has been growing fast, is stable, and entrepreneurial.

If someone is not accustomed to working remotely with autonomy, that will be an adjustment. You have to be a self-starter who takes initiative, but with those qualities, your career will flourish at the company.
