AAA Club Alliance is very different from any other AAA location you work at. Club Alliance is across many states and has one goal only and that is sales and money. Unfortunately they think of the money before the member and employee. Obviously companies need to make sales but it should not be in this way or environment.
It is also a shame to see during a pandemic how they manage their time and treat their employees. and think an email showing concern is going to make us feel better.
Extremely micro managed and gives no trust. Some employees who cheat are praised, yet upper management are clueless. Following the rules will not get you far in making your goals as I have experienced.
