Toxic leadership in sales - B2B specifically. Witnessed multiple rounds of blindside layoffs. People are constantly put on PIPs by leaders not achieving their own KPIs. Not a place to grow professionally

As an executive leader, I read all of our reviews on Glassdoor and always take the time to investigate specific claims. While I don't know you personally, I reached out to your peers in Sales, Product and Marketing and shared your concerns. All agreed that your sentiments do not match their experiences at AAPC. I recognize it's hard when the decision to leave an organization is out of your hands. I also recognize that, in the heat of the moment, you may get some satisfaction by posting a hyperbolic negative review. I hope in time you will see this parting as a positive first step in charting a new path for yourself. TR

If you get a job expect that to be your pay for YEARS to come. They don’t keep up with inflation or give raises. Just layoff more and give you the work.
