This company is great! I came from a previous employer that micro-managed and that definitely does not happen here. The people, including upper-leadership has been so welcoming, friendly, helpful and supportive. During the recruitment and interviewing process, the enthusiasm and positive attitude of everyone I met was so invigorating, each time I spoke to someone I wanted to work here even more. Best decision I made and so happy I joined the team! They really want to and strive to be a great place to work and get better everyday, and it's very much appreciated by the employees. I cannot say enough great things about AAR - I'm excited to come to work every day. It's a place where work doesn't always feel like work... love my job!

May not get top dollar salary-wise, but in comparison to all the other perks (great team, amazing office/atmosphere, abundance of career opportunities, fascinating projects the company is involved in, values THAT THEY LIVE BY) I'd say it's a fair trade!

good pay and that's it.

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
