      Great place for learning Airbus A320 series aircraft. Great for the young folks just getting started. Benefits are above average. Pretty laid back, but we got the job done.

      Management was not on the ball with those who had a poor work ethic, which made it harder for those that came to work, adding to the work load. Pay can always be better, as with any job. But it was hard to keep the good guys...the majors make way more money. Nature of the beast, I guess.

      Thank you for your response. We understand some of the challenges we have faced with the COVID crisis and the unfortunate impact on our people. We will continue to make sure we focus and support our employees as they are the foundation of our organization.

      good pay and that's it.

      everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
