-Was trained by 5 different people, shows incompetency. -Management just want results, will express it greatly

really????????? Zero culture. No professional ethics.

- Verbal abuse, mental torture, interfering with personal times is rampant. - Top management even forces it's employees to be forceful and interfering with personal times of their clients by constantly following up with them for reviews and pushing the clients to buy insurances on their borrowed money. List is very long. - No benefits to employees - Do not pay promised commissions to employee - Ripping off customers - Do not respect their employees - Always harassing them and forcing them to run official errands on personal expenses
